We offer free returns and exchanges for all U.S orders!
Holiday Exchange/Return Policy:
To make your holiday shopping stress-free, we’ve extended our return period for the holiday season. All orders delivered from November 15th through December 31st have an extended exchange/return period through Jan. 14, 2025.
In order to qualify for a return or exchange, we do require you to make the request prior to Jan 14, 2025. The garment or piece must not have been worn or washed and is in like-new condition.
Standard Return/Exchange Policy
In order to qualify for a return or exchange, we do require you to make the request within 14 days of delivery. The garment or piece must not have been worn or washed and is in like-new condition.
Clearance items and Mystery Boxes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
International orders can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. The garment or piece must not have been worn or washed and is in like-new condition. The customer is responsible for purchasing a return label and sending back the garment/piece to our fulfillment center. Shipping charges are not refunded.
