CA: Your products will reach you within 7-14 business days. Free shipping is unlocked over $250 (CAD)

UK/EU: Your products will reach you within 7-14 business days. Free shipping is unlocked over £160 (GBP) or €190 (EUR)

AUS: Your products will reach you within 7-14 business days. Free shipping is unlocked over $300 (AUD)

Asia / Africa / South America: Your products will reach you within 7-14 business days.

Our operations are located in Chicago, IL U.S. All shipments will be sent from this location.

Fees incurred by customs vary based on the country you live in.

• If you refuse a package at customs, customs will send it back to us or dispose of the package. When they send it back to us, we will only refund you for the product(s) cost if the product is undamaged. We will not refund the cost of shipping the product or having the product shipped back to us.
